Here are 19 recent cancer center partnerships:

  1. Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic has entered into a multiyear partnership with U.K.-based company Oxford Nanopore to explore genetic predispositions to cancer.

  2. New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center partnered with AstraZeneca and Sophia Genetics to bring its proprietary liquid biopsy and solid tumor cancer tests to a global market.

  3. After nine years, Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins and Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network announced that they will end their cancer center collaboration.

  4. Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is partnering with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to construct a freestanding inpatient cancer hospital in Boston.

  5. Atrium Health is the latest health system to join the CancerX project, an effort that is part of the Biden administration's Cancer Moonshot program.

  6. Osara Health in Dover, Del., and Oncology Care Partners in Nashville, Tenn., are the latest two organizations to join CancerX, a digital public-private partnership aiming to boost innovation and reduce cancer-caused deaths.

  13. Southfield, Mich.-based Ascension Providence Hospital will partner with Detroit-based Wayne State University to share clinical and outcome data to support advanced cancer research.

  14. Minneapolis-based Allina Health Cancer Institute is collaborating with Foundation Medicine to use its portfolio of comprehensive genomic profiling tests across its cancer care network.
