AdventHealth Daytona Beach's new wellness center does more than offer integrative therapies such as yoga, acupuncture and massage — it provides them to cancer patients for free. 

The American Association for Cancer Research has elected 33 oncology leaders to its 2025 class of Fellows of the AACR Academy.

Sixty percent of oncologists are experiencing depression, burnout or both, according to a Medscape survey published March 7. 

"It's really hard to be a patient with cancer. Patients suffer a lot at home and don't reach out," Ethan Basch, MD, said. "Helping to have better communication to address their needs is really meaningful."

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente will end outpatient laboratory services at its Dublin (Calif.) Medical Offices and Cancer Center due to low utilization.
