  2. Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Proton Therapy Center welcomed radiation oncologist Moaaz Soliman, MD, to its team.

  3. Ciani Ellison, MD, a radiation oncologist, joined Little Rock-based Arkansas for Medical Sciences Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.

  4. Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Bassett Healthcare Network welcomed Elizabeth Pelkofski, MD, a gynecologic oncologist, to its team.

  5. Doris Ranski-Zazula, BSN, RN, was appointed vice president of the Detroit-based Karmanos Cancer Network, part of McLaren Health Care.

  6. Atlanta-based Piedmont Oncology Institute named Walter Curran Jr., MD, its new chief.

  7. Atlanta-based Emory University has selected Sandra Wong, MD, a surgical oncologist, to lead as the next dean of Emory University School of Medicine and chief academic officer for Emory Healthcare.
