A Pulaski, N.Y., nurse convicted in May of having sexual contact with a hospital patient has forfeited his nursing license, according to Syracuse.com.
Daniel Glazer was working in the mental health unit of Watertown, N.Y.-based Samaritan Medical Center in 2016 when he had sexual contact with a patient.
After Mr. Glazer was convicted, the state department of education charged him with professional misconduct. He then requested permission to forfeit his license.
