Florida hospital owes $35K for supplies, lawsuit contends

A lawsuit filed against a Florida hospital claims that the facility’s owner has not paid invoices dating to 2017 and owes more than $35,000 for medical supplies, according to a WCJB news report.

The lawsuit against Williston, Fla.-based Regional General Hospital was brought by the Instrumentation Laboratory Company of Massachusetts, which claims the hospital hasn’t paid invoices from December 2017 to February 2018.

The company is seeking the cost of medical supplies, plus interest and court fees.
