1. HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital sues Marshfield Clinic to halt construction on hospital: 6 things to know
Eau Claire, Wis.-based HSHS Scared Heart Hospital filed a civil lawsuit against Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic and its affiliates requesting a temporary injunction to halt construction of a hospital and clinic near Sacred Heart.

2. UPMC sues lawyer for allegedly using 'high-pressure' tactics to drum up litigation
Pittsburgh-based UPMC sued an attorney in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court for allegedly using unethical means to recruit patients for possible legal action against UPMC.
