RLDatix rolls out new tech to combat clinician burnout

Health IT and services company RLDatix is launching RLDatix Peer Support to fight clinician burnout.

RLDatix Peer Support can integrate within RLDatix's safety, risk and compliance platform, Catalix. RLDatix Peer Support works to identify clinicians in need of intervention after witnessing a traumatic event or clinicians who are under immense pressure and stress, according to a Sept. 12 RLDatix news release.

"Healthcare organizations have an obligation to ensure the safest possible environment for their staff," said Tim McDonald, chief patient safety and risk officer at RLDatix. "That is why it is crucial to have a system in place that prioritizes outreach and provides a solution to help address issues around confidentiality, stigma and access. RLDatix Peer Support will help organizations ensure that no clinical or non-clinical member of their team falls through the cracks and that they feel supported in their time of need."
