Midland Memorial Hospital in Odessa, Texas, is now a joint owner of an 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Odessa, according to a July 22 news release.
Midland Memorial and Birmingham, Ala.-based Encompass Health will share ownership of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa.
The deal took effect July 1.
