Piedmont joint venture acquires 9 urgent care centers

A joint venture between Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare and WellStreet Urgent Care recently acquired nine urgent care centers, expanding its footprint to 26 urgent care facilities, according to Georgia Health News.
