Claremont, N.H.-based Valley Regional Hospital is set to become part of Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth Health.

Grosse Pointe, Mich.-based Together Women's Health is entering Illinois through a partnership with Chicago-based Northwestern Specialists for Women and Wilmette, Ill.-based North Shore Associates in Gynecology and Obstetrics, according to an Aug. 30 news release. 

Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health has agreed to acquire majority interest in Louisville, Ky.-based Springstone Health Opco based on an enterprise value of $250 million. 

Minneapolis-based Allina Health plans to acquire Presbyterian Homes & Services' interest in Interlude Restorative Services for the Plymouth, Minn., and Fridley, Minn., facilities, according to an Aug. 25 news release.
