University of Dayton, Premiere Health team up to train future PA students

The University of Dayton and Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio, plan to collaborate on a program to support physician assistant students with training and recruiting upon graduation, according to the Dayton Business Journal.

The affiliation will allow students to participate in clinical rotations at Premiere hospitals and assist students in developing their resumes and interview skills, according to the article.

"We are working to put together the best possible preparation so graduates will be able to provide exceptional patient care," said Kevin Kelly, dean of the school of education and health sciences at the University of Dayton. "High-quality clinical training opportunities are crucial to success in the preparation of physician assistants."
