BJC Medical Group of Missouri, a division of St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare has acquired cardiology group Cardiology Diagnostics, according to a St. Louis Business Journal news report.
The eight physicians in the practice will become employees of BJC. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The practice has four locations in the St. Louis area.
