Women make 80 percent of healthcare decisions

Women are underrepresented in STEM careers — except statistics, botany and healthcare — according to a recent article in Fast Company.

Fast Company talked to Katherine Ryder, CEO of Maven, a telemedicine clinic designed specifically for women, about women's role in healthcare, both as consumers and in the workforce. Here are seven key takeaways about women in healthcare, as presented by Fast Company.
