St. James Mercy Hospital in New York Reduces Staff

Molly Gamble (Twitter) -
St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, N.Y., has announced plans to reduce 18.25 full-time positions.

The reductions will include the eliminations of positions, decreased work hours and the restructuring of departments.

Mary LaRowe, president and CEO of St. James Mercy Health System, attributed the staffing adjustments to declined patient revenue along with less state and federal funding.
