Registered Nurses at Nathan Littauer Hospital in New York Approve New 3-Year Deal

Registered nurses at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, N.Y., have approved a new three-year deal, according to a Times Union report.

The new contract includes a 1.75 percent wage increase in addition to a 1 percent lump-sum payment. There will also be additional 1 percent increases in 2012 and 2013. Under the agreement, the registered nurses are also promised to keep current health benefits, hold monthly meetings to voice staffing issues and other benefits.
