Kelly Gooch -

Duke Anderson, president and CEO of the Hillsdale (Mich.) Community Health Center, will be recognized Oct. 26 during the Economic Development Partnership of Hillsdale County's annual dinner.

During the dinner, Mr. Anderson will receive an award in recognition of his leadership and for the hospital's 100th anniversary. He will also serve as the keynote speaker at the dinner.

HCHC has accomplished many things under Mr. Anderson's leadership. That includes expanding its facility and healthcare options that have become a major economic development tool for business retention and attraction, according to Susan M. Smith, executive director of the Economic Development Partnership of Hillsdale County.

Aside from his upcoming recognition, Mr. Anderson was also recently named one of "50 rural hospital CEOs to know" by Becker's Hospital Review.
