Tallahassee-based Florida State University has partnered with the Florida Hospital Association to launch a Business of Healthcare Leadership Academy Oct. 11, The Capitolist reported Sept. 8.
The program is open to Florida's hospital leaders and is recommended for roles director-level or above that influence hospital policy, according to The Capitolist.
Virtual sessions will take place November through February, concluding with in-person workshops in March. Curriculum will cover the healthcare industry's financial landscape, strategy and innovation and emerging technologies, The Capitolist reported.
