St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor (Mich.) and the University of Michigan Health System have announced a collaboration to open a new geriatric care center in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The UM-SJMAA Acute Care for Elders, located on St. Joseph Mercy's campus, will offer specialized care services led by a UMHS director.
The new center follows a 2012 operating agreement between UMHS and St. Joseph Mercy parent Trinity Health-Michigan.
