Bozeman Deaconess Hospital in Montana Plans Cancer Center Expansion

Bozeman (Mont.) Deaconess Hospital is planning to expand its cancer services, according to a Bozeman Daily Chronicle report.

Bozeman Deaconess Hospital plans to expand its cancer services.The Bozeman Deaconess Foundation aims to raise $3 million to purchase a linear accelerator for radiation treatments and to expand the cancer center's infusion facility, according to the report. The hospital plans to break ground on the vault for the new machine in a few months and expects to begin using it in late 2013.

Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is also planning to expand its chemotherapy center (pictured right) from 13 infusion stations to 17 and will add two private rooms.
