Vidant Health chief administrative officer retires: 6 things to know

Janet Mullaney, chief administrative officer of Greenville, N.C.-based Vidant Health and president of Vidant Health Foundation, retired July 6, according to The Daily Reflector.

Here are six things to know:

1. Ms. Mullaney assumed the chief administrative officer role in 2007.

2. She has also served as interim CEO of the health system.

3. Previously, she was president of Vidant Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro, N.C.

4. Other senior health system officials have taken over Ms. Mullaney's administrative duties.

5. She served as Vidant Health Foundation president for the last two years.

5. Scott Senatore, vice president of the foundation, succeeds Ms. Mullaney as president.

6. Mr. Senatore has worked at the foundation since June 2016, prior to which he served as president at the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce.
