Mobile, Ala.-based USA Health System selected Carl Biber to serve as assistant CFO.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Biber formerly served as vice president of finance and CFO at Columbus Regional HealthCare System in Whiteville, N.C.
2. He also served as an internal audit director and consultant for Catholic Health Audit Network, a joint venture between Denver-based Catholic Health Initiatives and St. Louis-based Ascension Health.
3. He has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance.
4. Mr. Biber holds an MBA from the University of Louisville (Ky.).
