New Orleans-based Tulane Health System appointed Sean Flinn to associate COO.
Four points:
1. Most recently, Mr. Flinn served as a health system vice president.
2. He joined New Orleans-based Tulane Medical Center in 2014 and became administrative director of orthopedics in 2016.
3. He holds a master's of healthcare administration degree from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans.
4. In his new role, Mr. Flinn will oversee Tulane Health System's 28 ambulatory clinics.
