The Center for Patient Safety named Mark Alexander a board of directors' member. Mr. Alexander is the administrative director of pre-hospital services for CoxHealth in Springfield, Mo.
In his current role, Mr. Alexander is responsible for the financial and operational oversight of CoxHealth's emergency medical system, which provides emergency and non-emergency medical response, care, and transportation for six counties. He is a past president of the Missouri Ambulance Association and currently serves as the vice chairperson of the Missouri Emergency Service Agency.
