Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo., has tapped Susan Hanlon, RN, to serve as its quality vice president.
Ms. Hanlon most recently headed the Magnet designation program at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Ill.. She was previously director and assistant vice president of quality/risk management at Rose Medical Center in Denver.
In her new role, she will oversee quality initiatives, facility certifications and performance improvement at the 408-bed regional referral center.
