Sutter Roseville Medical Center CEO retires: 6 things to know

Sutter Roseville (Calif.) Medical Center CEO Pat Brady retired, according to a report by The Sacramento Bee.

Here are six things to know:

1. Mr. Brady assumed the CEO role at the medical center in 2000.

2. During his tenure, the hospital built a patient care tower, gained certification as a Level II Trauma Center and added three medical office buildings.

3. He has served in leadership roles at Sacramento-based Sutter Health for 36 years, including serving as CEO of Sutter Solano Medical Center in Vallejo, Calif., and Sutter Davis (Calif.) Hospital.

4. Jennifer Maher, who most recently served as CEO of Sutter Davis Hospital, succeeds Mr. Brady.

5. Ms. Maher joined Sutter Health in 2012; prior to which, she served as COO of two California-based hospitals.

6. She holds a master's degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill.
