Sheri Trahern, president and CEO of Centura Health's St. Thomas More Hospital in Cañon City, Colo., is leaving the role, effective in mid-January 2019, according to a Daily Record report.

Here are five takeaways:

3. She has served in several leadership roles at Centura Health, including in CFO and chief administrative officer.
