Silver Cross Hospital names new CFO

Ayla Ellison -

New Lenox, Ill.-based Silver Cross Hospital has named Vincent Pryor senior vice president and CFO, effective Sept. 11, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Mr. Pryor has 30 years of healthcare finance experience. He most recently served as system executive vice president and CFO of Edward-Elmhurst Health in Naperville, Ill.

"Vince was selected because of his established track record with hospital portfolio growth initiatives combined with cost control management," said Paul Pawlak, president and CEO of Silver Cross Hospital. "His keen financial insight will be beneficial as Silver Cross continues to meet the need of our patients and communities we serve in this rapidly changing health market."

Mr. Pryor replaces John Krepps who announced plans to retire earlier this year, according to the report.
