Salem (Mo.) Memorial District Hospital selected Jason Edwards to serve as COO, according to TheSalemNewsOnline.com.
Mr. Edwards, who assumed the role last month, has worked at Salem Memorial District Hospital since 2003. He served as a clinical dietician and director of nutrition services at the hospital. He has prior experience in the public health arena, working for the Gasconade/Osage County Health Department.
He succeeds Chris Strickland, who left for a hospital administrator job in Texas.
