1. Ms. Portacci previously served as principal of Healthcare Strategy Partners, a healthcare consulting firm.
2. She also served as senior director of strategy and marketing at Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
3. She is the immediate past president of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development board.
