West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health tapped Mark Manigan to serve as executive vice president and Deb Lienhardt as senior vice president within its business development team.
Mr. Manigan most recently worked in the health law practice of Brach Eichler, a New Jersey-based law firm. He has also served on the transition teams of two New Jersey governors. He earned his law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J.
Ms. Lienhardt also joins RWJBarnabas Health from Brach Eichler. She has served also as program coordinator of the New Jersey Healthcare Market Review, a conference hosted by Brach Eichler. She holds a law degree from New York City-based Columbia University School of Law.
