Providence St. Joseph Health names chief people officer: 4 takeaways

Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health tapped Greg Till to serve as executive vice president and chief people officer, effective immediately.

Four takeaways:

1. Mr. Till has worked at Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services since 2014.

2. He has previously served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, field HR and talent, and as vice president and chief talent officer.

3. He has worked to improve employee experience and refine the hiring processes as well as develop retention strategies during this time at Providence.

3. In his new role, Mr. Till will oversee the human resources department of Providence St. Joseph Health, which includes 51 hospitals, 829 clinics and 119,000 employees.
