Providence Seaside (Ore.) Hospital has named Bonnie Thompson COO and chief nursing executive, according to a report by the Coast River Business Journal.
Ms. Thompson is a registered nurse and nurse practitioner and has served in various nursing positions throughout her career. Prior to joining Seaside, Ms. Thompson was the assistant vice president of organizational excellence at William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, Conn., according to the report.
