Beth Steele, MSN, RN, has been appointed COO of Owensboro (Ky.) Health Regional Hospital.
She will assume the position on Jan. 10, 2022, a news release said.
Ms. Steele currently serves as vice president of operations and chief nursing officer for Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, part of OhioHealth system.
Ms. Steele, who has held multiple leadership positions with the Columbus-based health system since 2014, oversaw notable construction projects within the surgical and neurosciences departments at Riverside Methodist Hospital, the news release said.
Before joining OhioHealth, Ms. Steele spent 16 years with Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health.
Owensboro Health reaches 18 counties in western Kentucky and southern Indiana.
