LeConte Medical Center's CNO & chief administrative officer suddenly depart: 7 things to know

Sevierville, Tenn.-based LeConte Medical Center's Chief Administrative Officer Jenny Hanson and CNO Jennifer DeBow have left their roles, according to a Knoxville News Sentinel report.

Here are seven things to know:

1. Knoxville, Tenn.-based Covenant Health confirmed that Ms. Hanson and Ms. DeBow no longer work at the hospital. "We appreciate their contributions during their tenure with the organization and wish them well in their future endeavors," Covenant Vice President for Marketing and Physician Services Debby Saraceni said in a statement, reports the Knoxville News Sentinel.

2. Covenant Health did not comment on the reason for their departure. Ms. Saraceni also did not say if the health system is looking for permanent replacements for the two roles.

3. Ms. Hanson assumed the chief administrative officer role in 2014, prior to which she was CNO at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.

4. Ms. DeBow previously worked at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center as cardiovascular service line director. She joined LeConte Medical Center in 2015.

5. Gaye Jolly, chief administrative officer for Harriman, Tenn.-based Roane Medical Center, is taking over as acting chief administrative officer for LeConte Medical Center.

6. Carol Pahde, Lenoir City, Tenn.-based Fort Loudoun Medical Center's CNO, will serve as acting CNO for LeConte Medical Center.

7. Both Roane Medical Center and Fort Loudoun Medical Center are a part of Covenant Health.
