Kenmore (N.Y.) Mercy Hospital named Heather Telford vice president of patient care services.
Ms. Telford most recently served as the hospital's director of nursing. She has worked at the hospital since 2008, initially serving as nurse manager of the emergency department. She previously was vice president of rehabilitation services at Olmsted Center for the Visually Impaired in Buffalo, N.Y.
Ms. Telford succeeds Cheryl W. Hayes, who retired in June.
