Kaleida Health names chief human resources officer

Ian Barrett, EdD, has been named chief human resources officer of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health.

Dr. Barrett has 31 years of human resources experience, according to an Oct. 20 news release from the health system. Most recently, he served St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare as regional vice president of human resources. 

Kaleida Health is a nonprofit system that operates five hospitals in Western New York.
