Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton, Ill., has named Robert Wolleben as its interim CEO, according to a Herald & Review report.

This marks the hospital's third CEO since April, according to the report.

Mr. Wolleben was previously CEO of Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio. Officials at Trumbull confirmed in the report that Mr. Wolleben and the hospital's CNO resigned without explanation in March 2013.

Mr. Wolleben replaces John Winenger, who had succeeded former CEO Earl Sheehy.
