Mr. Adamo served as president and CEO of Waterbury (Conn.) Hospital — where he oversaw a $27 million capital investment in the hospital — and began transitioning to the Crozer-Keystone role on Feb. 10, according to a news release. Waterbury Hospital and Crozer-Keystone are owned by Prospect Medical Holdings, a for-profit hospital operator based in Los Angeles.

Before joining Prospect, Mr. Adamo was regional CEO for Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pa., and Suburban Community Hospital in East Norriton, Pa.
