Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis selected Kimberly Welch to serve as vice president of marketing and communications, effective Dec. 3.
Here are three points:
1. Most recently, Ms. Welch served as vice president of corporate affairs and the Andersen Foundation at Andersen Corp., a window and door manufacturing company.
2. She also has experience working at Valspar, Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care and General Motors.
3. She serves as a member of the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
