Children's Minnesota names Emily Chapman CMO

Minneapolis-based Children's Minnesota has named Emily Chapman, MD, CMO and vice president of medical affairs.

Dr. Chapman has been at Children's Minnesota for over 10 years, previously serving as vice chief medical officer and director of the hospitalist program. She also served as associate director in the pediatric residency program at the University of Minnesota Medical School.

"Emily has been a strong leader in our organization for more than a decade and we're thrilled she will be continuing to share her expertise with us in this new role," said Bob Bonar, CEO at Children's. "The health care industry is ever-evolving and it is critical to have strategic and passionate leaders like Emily at the helm to steer us in the right direction as we continue to do what's best for our patients and their families."
