Boston-based Brigham Health named Douglas Carney senior vice president of real estate, facilities and operations, effective Oct. 15.
Mr. Carney is currently senior vice president for facilities, real estate and capital program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He was previously an architect for more than 35 years.
He holds an MBA from Eastern University in Philadelphia.
