Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health System named Donna Lawson as vice president of quality and patient safety.

1. Ms. Lawson most recently worked at Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, Ala.
2. She has served in a wide range of leadership roles, including interim chief nursing officer and system vice president of quality.
3. She is a member of the Healthcare Data Advisory Council, president of the Birmingham Care Coordination Coalition and a Magnet appraiser for the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
