9 recent hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

The executives are listed below, alphabetically.

1. North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding, Idaho, named J'Dee Adams CEO, effective Nov. 1.

2. The Hospital Authority of Valdosta & Lowndes County, Ga., named Ronald E. Dean CEO, who will oversee South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, its campuses and affiliates.

3. The board of Sheridan (Mich.) Community Hospital fired CEO Randy Flechsig Aug. 28.

4. Lisle, Ill.-based Amita Health CEO Mark Frey is departing from the role.

5. Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has selected Heather Havericak, RN, to serve as CEO.

6. Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va., has tapped Jeff Noblin to serve as CEO, effective Sept. 9.

7. Gregory Pearson, CEO of Minden (La.) Medical Center, resigned for a new job opportunity.

8. Lisa Valentine, CEO of Summerville (S.C.) Medical Center, is leaving the role for a new job opportunity, effective Sept. 18.

9. Copley Hospital in Morrisville, Vt., has tapped Joseph Woodin to serve as president and CEO, starting in mid-October.
