8 recent hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

The executives are listed below, alphabetically.

1. Baptist Health South Florida named Lourdes Boue CEO of West Kendall Baptist Hospital in Miami.

2. Medrice Coluccio, CEO of Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Wash., will retire next year.

3. Burlington, Mass.-based Wellforce health system named Michael J. Dandorph president and CEO.

4. Debbie Flores was named CEO of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Ariz.

5. Robert Gardner was promoted to CEO of Banner Goldfield Medical Center in Apache Junction, Ariz., and Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek, Ariz.

6. Sharon Lind was selected to serve as CEO of Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Ariz., and Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Ariz.

7. Angela Nickell, CEO of Sequel Pomegranate in Columbus, Ohio, is no longer in her role as the state threatens to revoke the acute psychiatric inpatient hospital license for the facility.

8. Tony Tedeschi, MD, is retiring as CEO of Detroit Medical Center, effective Jan. 1.
