7 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System named Denise Brooks-Williams senior vice president and CEO of its north market, a newly created role.

2. Vail (Colo.) Health selected Will Cook to serve as president and CEO, effective in early January 2019.

3. Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health named Cliff Deveny, MD, its permanent president and CEO.

4. Astria Regional Medical Center in Yakima, Wash., named Jeff R. Egbert interim CEO, effective Oct. 25.

5. Nicole Hobbs, CEO and administrator of Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, Wyo., is resigning in January 2019.

6. Kerrville, Texas-based Peterson Health President and CEO Pat Murray is retiring at the end of April 2019.

7. Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona Healthcare dropped the "interim" from President and CEO Florence L. Spyrow's title.
