Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CNO moves in the past 12 months. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. The University of Vermont Health Network's Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin selected Matthew Choate, BSN, RN, to serve as permanent CNO.

2. York (Neb.) General Hospital selected Jenny Obermier, MSN, BSN, to serve as senior vice president, COO and CNO.

3. Northern Inyo Healthcare District in Bishop, Calif., appointed Tracy Aspel, BSN, permanent CNO.

4. Lewisburg, Pa.-based Evangelical Community Hospital appointed Tamara F. Persing, BSN, RN, CNO, effective April 10.

5. Columbus (Neb.) Community Hospital named Dorothy Bybee, BSN, vice president of patient care services and CNO, effective April 17.

6. TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tenn., selected Amy Cason, MSN, BSN, to serve as CNO.

7. Commonwealth Health's Tyler Memorial Hospital in Tunkhannock, Pa., appointed Maribeth Angeli, BSN, CNO.

8. Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz., part of Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Healthcare, selected Elizabeth Kearney, BSN, to serve as permanent CNO.

9. Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls appointed Ann Kjosa, BSN, CNO.
