The following hospital and health system executive moves were reported by Becker's Hospital Review in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Memorial Hospital of Tampa (Fla.) appointed Sonia Wellman, RN, CEO, effective March 6, 2017.

2. Chadron (Neb.) Community Hospital selected Anna Turman to serve as interim CEO.

3. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health's Chief Affiliation Officer Anthony Ferreri is leaving his role.

4. Georgetown, S.C.-based Tidelands Health named Beth Ward executive vice president and CFO, effective March 31, 2017.

5. Portland-based Maine Medical Center promoted Joel Botler, MD, to senior vice president and CMO.

6. Richmond-based Hospital Corporation of America Virginia selected Jake O'Shea, MD, to serve as CMO of Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, a newly created position.

7. Jerry Klein, CEO of Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyo., resigned from his post.

8. UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass., appointed Lisa Colombo, DNP, RN, senior vice president for patient care services and CNO.

9. Seton Medical Center Harker Heights (Texas) dropped "interim" from CEO Zach Dietze's title.

10. Savannah, Ga.-based Memorial Health President and CEO Maggie Gill decided to resign.

11. Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos appointed Parker Pridgen CFO, effective March 5, 2017.

12. Midland-based MidMichigan Health announced that Mark Santamaria, president of MidMichigan Medical Center-Gratiot in Alma, "is no longer in this position or in any role with MidMichigan Health."

13. Dallas-based Christus Health named Debi Pasley, RN, permanent system CNO.

14. Memphis, Tenn.-based Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare appointed Florence Jones, RN, DNP, CEO of Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, effective immediately.

15. Richmond-based Hospital Corporation of America Virginia selected David Donaldson to serve as CEO of Parham Doctors' Hospital.

16. The Woodlands, Texas-based Emerus Holdings, an operator of micro-hospitals, appointed George Attmore CFO.

17. Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ark., named Brian Thomas its permanent president and CEO.

18. Seneca, Pa.-based UPMC Northwest named Brian Durniok president, effective March 1, 2017.

19. David Gibbons will become the president of UPMC Hamot in Erie, Penn., effective March 1, 2017.

20. Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health announced the following leadership changes made effective on Jan. 1, 2017:

•    Jeff Seraphine will serve as chief development officer
•    Victor Giovanetti will serve as president of the company's eastern group of hospitals
•    Robert Klein will serve as western group president

21. Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System named Josh Urban senior vice president and CEO of Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital in Humble, Texas, effective Feb. 6, 2017. 

22. Houston-based University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center named Stephen Hahn, MD, deputy to the president and COO.

23. Memorial Hermann Cypress (Texas) Hospital Senior Vice President and CEO Scott Barbe is retiring, effective July 8, 2017.

24. Noblesville, Ind.-based Riverview Health named Eric Marcotte, MD, to serve as CMO, effective June 30, 2017.

25. Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System appointed Heath Rushing as senior vice president and CEO for Memorial Hermann Katy (Texas) Hospital and Memorial Hermann Cypress (Texas) Hospital.

26. Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown, N.C., part of Fayetteville, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Health System, named Diana Harris, RN, MSN, CNO.

27. Cleveland-based University Hospitals Parma Medical Center tapped Peter U. Bergmann to serve as president, effective March 6, 2017.

28. The Memorial Hospital of Salem (N.J.) County appointed Jay de los Reyes interim CEO.
