Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Melbourne (Fla.) Regional Medical Center appointed Dale Armour CFO.

2. Fort Smith, Ark.-based Sparks Health System appointed Aimee Arzoumanian COO.

3. Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, S.C., named Cassie Ball CFO.

4. Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health named Bob Barrett CFO of its Western Group.

5. Salem, Va.-based LewisGale Regional Health System CEO Brian Baumgardner is retiring,
effective June 1.

6. Albuquerque-based University of New Mexico Hospital named Kathleen Becker CEO, effective July 15.

7. Merit Health Natchez (Miss.) selected Lance Boyd to serve as CEO, effective June 18.

8. David Brandon, president and CEO of UnityPoint Health-Dubuque (Iowa), is resigning, effective June 1.

9. Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, Ala., selected Douglas L. Brewer to serve as CEO.

10. Carson City, Nev.-based Carson Tahoe Health CEO Ed Epperson is retiring at the end of 2018.

11. Boca Raton (Fla.) Regional Hospital President and CEO Jerry Fedele, who previously announced plans to retire in August, will stay on as chief of the 400-bed hospital for another year.

12. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., selected Patti Fischer to serve as its permanent president and CEO.

13. Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health promoted Shannon Fiser to senior vice president of operations finance.

14. Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, N.Y., named Charles Gijanto interim CEO.

15. SolutionHealth, a recently formed organization through the combination of Manchester, N.H.-based Elliot Health System and Nashua, N.H.-based Southern New Hampshire Health, named Sherry Hausmann president and CEO.

16. Tomball (Texas) Regional Medical Center, part of Houston-based HCA Gulf Coast Division, tapped Ryan Henry to serve as COO.

17. Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical Center selected Joseph E. Hoffman III to serve as senior vice president and CFO.

18. The Greenwood (Miss.) Leflore Hospital's board voted to remove CEO Jim Jackson from his role.

19. Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University selected Danny Jacobs, MD, to serve as president, effective Aug. 1.

20. Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network named Allan Klapper, MD, president of the new 160-bed facility being built in Wexford, Pa.

21. Las Cruces, N.M.-based MountainView Regional Medical Center CEO Denten Park is resigning.

22. Shriners Hospitals for Children-Portland (Ore.) hired Dereesa Reid to serve as hospital administrator.

23. Evergreen Park, Ill.-based Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers CEO Dennis Reilly is retiring July 1.

24. Randy Ruther, CFO of Evergreen Park, Ill.-based Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers, is retiring Sept. 30.

25. Waconia, Minn.-based Ridgeview Medical Center appointed Alvaro Sanchez, MD, its inaugural CMO.

26. Jackson-based University of Mississippi Medical Center appointed Wes Sigler CEO of UMMC Grenada and UMMC Holmes County in Lexington, effective May 14.

27. Bay City, Texas-based Matagorda County Hospital District CEO Steve Smith resigned, effective May 1.

28. Ekalaka, Mont.-based Dahl Memorial Healthcare appointed Ryan Tooke CEO, effective July 1.

29. Hialeah (Fla.) Hospital hired Maribel A. Torres, BSN, RN, to serve as its chief nursing officer.
