Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week.

They're listed below, in alphabetical order, by the executive's last name.

1. Sovah Health-Martinsville (Va.) has appointed Dale F. Alward CEO.

2. Amita Health St. Joseph Hospital Chicago named John Baird CEO, effective June 20.

3. Massena (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital named David Bender CEO amid an agreement that allows Potsdam, N.Y.-based St. Lawrence Health System to manage the hospital.

4. VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas named U.S. Air Force veteran William Caron CEO, effective June 10.

5. Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System appointed Jacquelyn B. Cawley, DO, vice president and CMO for ambulatory care and clinical integration.

6. George Conklin, senior vice president and CIO of Irving, Texas-based Christus Health, will retire Dec. 31.

7. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth has tapped Marisa Farabaugh to serve as senior vice president and chief supply chain officer.

8. Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare has selected Jeffrey A. Flaks to serve as president and CEO, effective Sept. 1.

9. St. Louis-based Ascension appointed Richard Fogel, MD, chief clinical officer for its clinical and network services, effective July 1.

10. Irving, Texas-based Christus Health Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer John Gillean, MD, will retire Oct. 31.

11. Iredell Health System in Statesville, N.C., appointed John G. Green president and CEO.

12. Jackson, Miss.-based St. Dominic Health Services President Claude W. Harbarger plans to retire, effective June 30.

13. The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, S.C., has selected Nicole S. Hendricks to serve as COO, effective July 15.

14. Boston-based Partners HealthCare selected Anne Klibanski, MD, to serve as its first female president and CEO.

15. Lebanon, N.H.-based Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital appointed Michael T. Lynch, MD, as its new CMO, effective June 17.

16. Irving, Texas-based Christus Health Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Linda McClung will retire Aug. 31.

17. Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center tapped Dennis P. McKenna, MD, to serve as president and CEO, effective in 2020.

18. Centennial, Colo.-based Centura Health appointed Jillyan McKinney CEO of Littleton (Colo.) Adventist Hospital, effective July 14.

19. HCA Houston Healthcare tapped Elizabeth Ortega to serve as CEO of the Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston, effective July 22.

20. Don Owrey will serve as COO of UPMC Susquehanna and president of UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center, both in Williamsport, Pa., effective Sept. 1.

21. Christus Shreveport-Bossier Health System in Shreveport, La., has appointed T. Steen Trawick, MD, CEO, effective Aug. 12.

22. Randy White, president and CEO of Fayette Regional Health System in Connersville, Ind., has resigned amid the sale of the organization less than a year after its October 2018 filing for bankruptcy protection.
