Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine selected Anna Buchanan to serve as vice president of finance and CFO of Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va., and Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, W. Va., effective April 2.
The health system also named Justin Ruble director of human resources at both hospitals
Ms. Buchanan comes to WVU Medicine from Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare, where she served as director of financial planning for Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va. She previously served in financial planning roles at Value America and Enron Capital & Trade Resources. She completed her MBA at University of Virginia's Darden School of Business in Charlottesville.
Mr. Ruble most recently served as vice president of human resources at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg. He is a past president of the Eastern Panhandle Society for Human Resource Management.
